Pancakes!!!
We stopped at the 4 Bees Cafe today. Where it feels like you are walking into someone's kitchen and ordering food. While the picture isn't from there, the pancakes are certainly that big. Every one of them. We had this lovely, portly, spritely redheaded girl serving us. She was so awesome I wanted to take her back to LA and employ her, if I had the money to do so. Anyway, going there is like meeting people that you are distantly related to. Everyone will talk to you. Virgins often order the "Short Stack." Which is three of those bad boys seen above. Tim ordered one for us to share and we each got the 4 bees breakfast (eggs, hash-brown, toast). It was so good. What a great little place. If you're ever in Black Canyon City, go there. I promise you won't be disappointed.
